Is transportation provided?
We do not provide transportation service, but we can help parents generate a car pool list.

What do students need to bring to Kids on Campus?
Students should bring swimming gear (suit, towel).

How many students attend Kids on Campus?
Each session has the potential to have 120 students registered.

Why do we run two-week sessions?
Two-week sessions allow students to learn an extraordinary amount of content and provide ample time to learn, grow, and complete a variety of fun projects and activities. Many students choose to attend both two-week sessions.

Is it possible to attend half days or for only one week?
Not unless you are willing to pay for the whole session and only attend part.

Can students change workshops once a session begins? We discourage change, but we may accommodate requests for change as long as there is an available spot in the desired workshop.

Do you ever cancel a workshop?
We do everything possible to see that every workshop runs. If, for any reason, we do have to cancel a workshop, students can elect to be placed in another workshop or parents will be given a full refund.

How many students are in a typical workshop?
A typical academic workshop ranges in size from eight to twelve students. Academic workshops with twelve or more students will generally have an assistant in addition to the instructor.

Supervision and Dismissal Policy
All Kids on Campus students are subject to continuous supervision and must remain with the group at all times. Kids on Campus reserves the right to dismiss any student due to behaviors which preclude being able to participate safely and effectively in the Kids on Campus setting. This action will take effect after consultation with instructor, student, and parent. Under these circumstances, no refund will be granted.

 

What will students do at Kids on Campus?
Students will participate in exciting and innovative workshop activities both morning and afternoon. Workshops are small-group and project-oriented. From 11 – 12 noon, students participate in recreational swim.

What is the computer skill level of a typical student?
We welcome students of all skill levels ranging from beginners to experts. The curriculum is designed to accommodate different skill levels. Our approach is individualized and hands-on which enables students to progress at their own pace.

My child needs to take medication. Who will dispense it?
Staff members do not dispense medication. We will, however, remind students when it is time to take their medication, and supervise them as they take it. If you are not comfortable with your child taking his/her medication, you are welcome to come dispense the medication when necessary.

What kind of payments do you accept?
Credit card payment can be made online. Personal checks, cash, traveler's checks, and money order payments can be made for mail-in registrations.

What is your Discount Policy?
 There is a 10% discount for the second student if more than one student in your family attends. There is a 10% discount for the second session, if a student attends more than one session.

What is the Refund Policy?
If you need to withdraw, a refund minus a $100.00 processing fee will be granted up to June 1st. No refunds will be processed after that time.
