Megan works in the Computing Security Department as an Undergraduate Academic Advisor.  She began working at RIT in the fall of 2008 as a staff assistant in the Golisano College. Starting in July of 2012, Megan became an academic advisor for Computing Security.  Megan has a B.F.A. in Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing her M.S in Professional Studies.  She has been a part of the RIT family since 2004, and truly feels it is home!

Megan enjoys getting to know the students and helping them work towards achieving their goals both personally and professionally.  Her professional interests include student development, student engagement, and developmental advising. She is also a club and Greek advisor, and is very active in student competitions.

Megan is originally from Erie, PA but has called Rochester home since she moved away for college. She is often out taking in everything the city and surrounding area has to offer! She has an energetic boxer named Sierra that keeps her on her toes! They love to get out and go hiking and camping. She also loves spending time with her family (especially being an aunt to her niece and nephew), and her friends.
