Facilities Rental & Special Events

The office of Special Events and Conferences is the principal point of contact for all external organizations that wish to use RIT facilities. The office is a "one-stop shop" providing comprehensive event planning and management including:

  • Assistance with event plan/program and budget program
  • Facilities recommendations/reservations
  • Coordination of logistics and services (catering, technical support, parking, housing)
  • Onsite event management
  • Contract development

A facilities rental contract and certificate of insurance naming RIT as an additional insured is required for use of all facilities by external organizations.
