Event Staff and Contact Information

The Office of Government and Community Relations and Special Events is the central event planning office for RIT campus events. We are responsible for the planning and implementation of major campus events and Development Division events, including dedications, groundbreakings, award ceremonies, government or donor events and Brick City Homecoming. We provide one-stop-shop service for external organizations that wish to hold events on the RIT campus and promote the use of campus for summer conferences. In addition, we provide event consulting services for academic conferences or events hosted by other units on campus. Finally, we maintain the RIT online Events Calendar as an event management tool and campus communication resource.
