Community Outreach

GIS' New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) offers training and assistance regarding environmental compliance and pollution prevention to RTDCs and other government agencies, and to nonprofit organizations.

NYSP2I provides classroom training sessions, technology demonstrations at RIT and other partner university facilities as well as at conferences and workshops. Our ongoing workshop sessions have covered a wide range of sustainability topics, including:
