Hours

The Lab is accessed by appointment. Please select the "Schedule an Appointment" tab in the upper right hand corner to make an appointment.

Location

The Lab is located on the lower level of HAC/Building 23, the Hal Andrews Student Life Center, at the Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester, New York.

• On-campus visitors should access the Lab from the Quarter-Mile entrance of building 23.
• Off campus visitors will find parking lot D to be the closest parking area to the Fitness Lab.

Please obtain a current RIT Parking Pass or Visitors Pass before parking in lot D.
