StoreWorld™ is a fun, engaging, and educational social game developed as a collaboration across RIT's E. Philip Saunders College of Business, B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences, and College of Imaging Arts and Sciences. Students and faculty worked together to make a game that introduces students to fundamental business concepts by running a virtual clothing store. Working in teams, players balance marketing, reputation, employees, and a whole lot of computer-generated shoppers to profit more than everyone else playing StoreWorld. Visitors can jump right into StoreWorld in several pre-configured stores, already set up with clothing. By the end of the day, our leaderboards will prove who knows how to sell the most clothing and (briefly) took over the world of StoreWorld.
