Description:
Visitors to this exhibit will be able to experience hands-on an NTID-developed interactive DVD created to promote the appreciation and understanding of deaf art and literature. Included is an interactive timeline and sample works in the genres of visual art, deaf cinema, deaf theatre, ASL literature, and English literature. The exhibit will showcase the multitudes of various source materials (other videotapes, books, and sources) tapped into to create this one-stop-shopping visual textbook exploring the power and importance of literary and artistic expressions of deafhood.
