Description:
Freshmen in the introductory computer science sequence implement their own strategies for a board game. At the end of the term there is a tournament to find the overall winner. This exhibit will introduce the games used for the past three years and show the top student strategies play against each other, as well as let the audience try to beat them. The board games will also be available. They include: The aMAZEing labyrinth, designed by Max J. Kobbert and published by Ravensburger; Quoridor, designed by Mirko Marchesi and published by Gigamic Games; and San Francisco Cable Cars, designed by Dirk Henn and published by Queen Games.
