Description:
We have been indepently researching and designing an eco-friendly, biodegradable snowboard for the past 4 months. The research consists of finding an appropriate biodegradable epoxy resin that will replace the original epoxy used to produce snowboards today. The event shall take place near the entrance of R.I.T. on the hill besides the Ritter Arena and will be a live demonstration of our eco-friendly snowboard. If there is no ice shavings in front of Ritter, we have a local ice rink that is willing to let us trailer the shavings over to R.I.T.. Our project and this event will be a great model for R.I.T. innovation for future Imagine R.I.T. events.
