Gesture Recognition-based Kinect Game

Description:
Keyboard and mouse are outdated and gesture based systems are becoming more pervasive. Its more intuitive to use gestures and for some applications (esp. Games) it is more natural to use gestures to interact with a computer. In this demonstration we use a Microsoft Kinect to play Rock-Paper-Scissors game with computer. We also show the ability of users to interact with the video and images using their hands. This highlights the practical uses of gesture based recognition system in the real world. This also shows the ease to configure gestures to control and seamlessly interact with computer applications.
