Description:
Come watch RIT student entrepreneurs as they pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges for cash prizes. In this quick, fast-paced competition similar to Shark Tank, the ABC TV show, student entrepreneurs try to WOW the judges into awarding them first prize ($2000)! Students have exactly 5 minutes to pitch their idea and then spend 10 minutes answering grueling questions from our expert judges. Cash prizes will be awarded for the three best ideas. Many ideas were submitted to this competition, but only 5 made it to this final round. Watch student entrepreneurs prove that they have what it takes to be the next big thing. The first student presentation will begin at 11:00 a.m. The event sponsor is Saunders College of Business.
