Description:
As we wander the web, using social media and signing up for free stuff, we leave digital footprints all over the Internet. Do you know how complete a picture can be painted of you by a complete stranger? Dr. Vic Perotti and Prof. Mike Johansson share the naked truth of how search engines such as Google can portray you to an employer or others and what data is floating around out there about all of us. Stop by to learn what you may be inadvertently sharing on the web and what you can do to clean up or polish your online image. Session times (on the hour; 20 min. each): 11 a.m.; 12 p.m.; 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. Don't miss out on a chance to win an iPad courtesy of RIT Online!
