GlovePIE

GlovePIE is a free Programmable Input Emulator, originally for the Essential Reality P5 Virtual Reality Glove, which now supports a huge range of input devices, especially the Nintendo Wii Remote (Wiimote). GlovePIE is used to map gestures, button presses, and other actions to keyboard keys, mouse input, or joystick buttons and axes. Version 0.42 includes numerous predefined Wiimote, Nunchuk, SIXAXIS, and Dual Shock 3 (PS3 controller) gestures, so, now it's as easy as "Ctrl = Wiimote.Stabbing" or "Space = Wiimote.CircleClockwise". Additionally, several other devices now work properly, such as the Wii Fit Balance Board, classic controllers, Wii Guitar Hero World Tour instruments, third-party Nunchuks, and other wireless devices. Other devices that are potentially supported include Wii DJ Hero turntable and the Emotiv Epoc.

Street Fighter IV Hack

Control Street Fighter IV with the Kinect.

Ever wanted to throw fireballs from you hands? Now you can. This setup uses a combination of FAAST for Kinect input and GlovePIE for the chuck and scripting of special moves. Probably the most interesting aspect of this is that you can play over the internet or LAN with your friends... Give it a shot and why not modify my scripts for some other characters?
