The ITS Service Desk provides access to technology support for IT services available to the RIT campus.

Hours of Operation

Regular Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.
  • Friday: 7:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
  • Saturday & Sunday: noon - 5:00 P.M.

Break/Summer Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Password Changes

RIT Computer Account passwords must be reset every 365 days. To view when your password is due to expire, or to change your password, visit start.rit.edu and click on the "Password Change" link on the sidebar.

Resnet

Resnet offers computer and network support to RIT students. Additionally, Resnet can provide assistance with personally owned computers for RIT faculty, staff, and retirees.
