ITS HelpDesk
The ITS HelpDesk provides access to technology support for IT services available to the RIT campus.
Hours of Operation
Regular Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.
- Friday: 7:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
- Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 5:00 P.M.

Effective March 16, 2009, RIT Computer Account passwords will begin expiring and everyone will need to change their password every 120 days.

Resnet offers computer support to student and to retirees.
