UC4 Job Scheduling Services
Service Availability
- Once schedules are live and running, any changes to schedules or parameters must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. on a given business day in order to be implemented for that evening's production run.
- Completion time for requests will vary, based on complexity, priority, and other maintenance requests.
- Scheduling services for test and production environments are available M-F 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
- Monitoring schedule - Sunday 11:00 p.m. - Saturday 7:00 a.m.
Getting Assistance
New Customers:To request the UC4 Job Scheduling service for the first time or have questions, customers should contact the ITS Service Desk.
Existing Customers:- End users who have view access should first contact their Application Administrator if they experience issues.
- If the issue is not resolved, the Application Administrator should contact the UC4 Administrator in the ITS Data Center by sending an email to: ITS TSS Data Center Operations Team
