Desktop Support

ITS provides on-campus Windows and Macintosh support to RIT students, faculty, and staff, for RIT-owned desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Services We Provide:

  • Initial setup
  • Upgrades
  • Troubleshooting
  • Software support, including but not limited to, licensing, installation and troubleshooting
  • One-on-one consultations and recommendations in regards to software and hardware
  • File sharing
  • Printing, Peripherals and PDA setup and support
  • Finance Domain Support
