Date & Time control panel
The Date & Time control panel in classic Mac OS allows you to set:
- the current date
- the time of day
- the time zone in which the computer is located
- whether daylight savings time is in effect or not.

In addition, you can enable network time synchronization -- using the standard Network Time Protocol, or NTP -- in the Date & Time control panel.
