Check your quota with Microsoft Entourage 2004
Microsoft Entourage 2004 allows you to check how much data you are storing in your RIT Exchange account.
Note: This feature requires Microsoft Entourage 2004 Service Pack 2 (SP2). This update was released as part of Microsoft Office 2004 SP2 in September 2005. To check your quota usage:
- Click once on your Exchange account in the folder list.
- Choose Edit > Folder Properties. The "Folder Properties" window appears.
- Select the "Storage" tab. It may take a few moments while Entourage loads the quota information from your account.
- Examine your quota in the window. You can check the storage space consumed by each of your folders.
- Click the "OK" button to close the "Folder Properties" window.
