Post directly to an Exchange folder with Microsoft Entourage
Microsoft Entourage v.X and 2004 are unable to post directly to a Public Folder. Instead, you must send messages to mail-enabled Public Folders. Alternately, you can drag a message that is already filed in one folder to a different folder, like a Public Folder.
Contact your local OU administrator or the ITS HelpDesk for assistance in mail-enabling a Public Folder.
