Global Address List

The Global Address List is the authoritative source on the RIT campus for locating people's e-mail address. here you can find Students, Faculty and Staff accounts. The Global Address List (or GAL) is required when using the Outlook Calendar with individuals with RIT accounts.

Granting Permission to Outlook Folders

A little known feature of Outlook is the ability to recover messages that you origionally deleted or purged from your mailbox. Once you have emptied your deleted messages folder, the messages are not fully deleted until 30 days have passed. This 30 day window offers users a chance to recover an accidentally deleted message.
