Accreditation RIT’s College of Engineering prides itself on the quality of its teaching and its rigorous procedures to ensure high standards. All programs are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The College is a member of the American Society for Engineering Education. All graduating students are eligible and encouraged to sit for the intern engineer portion of the New York State Professional Engineering examination during their final quarter.
