Join the RIT Aeroclub Today

Are you interesting in things that fly? Do you like to get hands on experience with projects? Does gathering experimental data and applying it to a tangible, real-life project sound interesting to you? If you answered yes to any of these questions, stop by the RIT Aeroclub Lab. There is always room for expansion, especially with those who have an invested interest in gaining knowledge and experience in the aviation and aerospace field. Regardless of your major, if you want to learn about aviation stop by and take a test flight for a couple weeks. In the beginning, you can shadow members just to understand the typical roles and responsibilities of an Aero member. If it continues to seem like a commitment that you are interested in making, we can start with small responsibilities that will make positive impacts on the club and move towards being a full time, contributing member of the club. If you have any questions regarding the club, stop by the lab for information or feel free to contact David Pawlush, head of public relations. Thank you for your time and we hope to see you in the lab soon making contributions towards RIT’s impact on the aviation and aerospace industry.
