Lean Six Sigma

The RIT CQAS Lean Six Sigma training program provides extensive instruction on the building blocks of quality management through a comprehensive training program that includes the following modules:

  • Management Overview & Deployment Training
  • Lean Six Sigma Assessment
  • Green Belt Training
  • Black Belt Training
  • Kaizen Event Training

The 3-4 month Lean Six Sigma program is led by expert instructors and involves participants in an extensive interactive quality training environment. Participants are exposed to each topic through in-depth classroom assignments and structured shop floor exercises within team environments. Each team performs a Kaizen event in an area selected by the executive management team.

CQAS offers contract consulting services including Lean Six Sigma, applied statistics and the following subject areas:
