Project sponsors are critical resources in a lean six sigma organization. They are typically executives, directors, or senior managers who are owners of the processes that green belts and black belts projects are working on to improve.  During this highly interactive program, participants will understand how they can help their project teams through each phase of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
