Project sponsors are critical resources in a lean six sigma organization. They are typically executives, directors, or senior managers who are owners of the processes that green belts and black belts projects are working on to improve.  During this highly interactive program, participants will understand how they can help their project teams through each phase of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).The following topics will be presented during this 1 day training session:

• Lean Six Sigma Enterprise approach to improvement
• Identifying and selecting key strategic projects
• Developing a detailed project charter staffed with a properly balanced team
• Determine appropriate scope of a project
• Overview of Lean Six Sigma Tools with practical exercises and a project oriented case study
• Key Questions for each Toll Gate Review to help mentor the teams and monitor progress
• Organizational Structure and resources required
• Overcoming project roadblocks and obstacles
• Project Management by Fact
