Greg Evershed has seven years of experience in developing customized training programs for corpora-tions ranging from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies including Delphi Automotive, General Mills, Eastman Kodak, Kraft Foods, Welch Allyn and Xerox Corporation.

He has extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma continuous-improvement training programs. Additionally, he has developed customized training programs in areas such as process improvement, management and leadership development, team building, marketing, quality standards, problem-solving methods and project management. His experience includes working with senior organizational development and human resources managers to design customized professional development and retention strategies. He also has assisted several corporate clients with assessing training needs based on workforce skill requirements, and with the organizational culture change necessary for adopting a continuous improvement philosophy. Greg’s previous experience includes over 20 years in sales and sales management with experience in selling information technology solutions for business systems and software development services.

Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Computer Technology, both from Rochester Institute of Technology.
