Steven LaLonde is an Associate Professor at the John D. Hromi Center for Quality and Applied Statistics at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He spent twelve years at Eastman Kodak Company in various positions developing and applying statistical methods in product development, manufacturing, management and marketing. He is an expert in multivariate modeling, survey questionnaire design, psychometrics, survey sampling and market research. He has designed, conducted, and analyzed marketing research worldwide and written several research protocols. Steven's recent experience included a position with Market Probe, Inc., concentrating in market research for new product development and customer satisfaction measurement.

He has a Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Measurement and Evaluation from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.
