Rochester Institute of Technology’s John D. Hromi Center for Quality and Applied Statistics (CQAS) has developed unique Lean and Lean Six Sigma training programs designed to prepare organizations for the challenges of higher productivity and at a higher quality. Specifically, we provide customized programs including an continuous improvement assessment, management overview/project strategy and deployment training, Yellow Belt, Green Belt training, Kaizen event training and Black Belt training.
In addition to advanced graduate certificate programs in Statistical Quality and a MS degree in Applied Statistics, CQAS has been well recognized for many years as a highly qualified consultancy to organizations in all sectors interested in improving their quality processes, efficiency and productivity either to achieve operational objectives, to be recognized as ISO compliant or to meet Baldrige criteria. CQAS is a leader in Lean Six Sigma training having worked with over 250 organizations and trained thousands of individuals in manufacturing, service, healthcare, and education sectors.
Our Lean Six Sigma programs are proven to help organizations drive optimal operational efficiency while increasing innovation in product and services development and delivery. During this interactive three-day program, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification participants will begin working in teams on specific work related problems using the first four phases of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, and improve). The outcome will be a set of recommendations from each team on steps forward toward an improvement strategy for management's consideration.
