Locations
Seminars will be held at the John D. Hromi Center for Quality and Applied Statistics at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

The Rochester Institute of Technology campus is located in upstate New York 70 miles east of Buffalo and 88 miles west of Syracuse.

Registration
Workshop registration will be confirmed upon receipt of a sufficient number of registration forms (in PDF format). Participants may also register by calling (585) 475-6990, faxing us at (585) 475-5959, or by e-mail to cqas@rit.edu.

Lodging
Lodging in the area with special CQAS seminar rates is available upon request. Please call (585) 475-6990. (Registration is required at least three weeks in advance for reduced rate.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full tuition is refunded if cancellations are made more than 30 days before the program begins. A $50 fee is charged for cancellations made between seven and 30 days before the program begins. Refunds are not given for cancellations made less than seven days before the program begins or for nonattendance or withdrawal after the program begins. Substitute participants are welcome. RIT reserves the right to cancel programs, substitute speakers and modify content. Program fees will be refunded when RIT cancels a program.

Continuing Education Units
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are nationally recognized units documenting your completion of a qualified continuing education program. They may be used for job advancement or as evidence of increased professional capabilities. To receive CEUs for any of the seminars, you will be asked to provide your Social Security number.

Discounts
***For a limited time, CQAS is offering a 10% discount on ALL of our seminars (with minimum two week prior registration). For groups of three or more from the same organization, there is an additional 10% discount offered for all seminars.***

On-Site Training

Consulting
