The Electrical Engineering department at RIT boasts dual advisors for students – one advisor who is a full time professor for the department, and another who is full-time staff advisor. For academic and schedule planning advising, EE students should contact their assigned Staff Advisor: Stephanie Krebbecks (last names H-R), or Heather Roth (last names S-Z). Enrollment and class offerings can be found on the Student Information Services website.
While RIT is internationally known for its excellent cooperative education programs, they would not be possible without the work of the Office of Cooperative and Career Services. Within the office, there are major specific advisors; this information is available to students on the OCE website. Advisors within the office can help students arrange mock interviews, schedule application timelines, find co-op placements, and more.
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Although many students think that the financial aid process stops after they’ve been accepted into college that is far from true. Every year, students must reapply for the FAFSA (and relevant aid), and the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships works all year long to provide the maximum amount of aid to students.
