and installation of integrated systems of people, material, equipment,
and energy, utilizing skills in statistics, ergonomics, operations
research, and manufacturing. The object would be to provide a background
in areas commonly needed in this area.
Eligibility
All matriculated undergraduates in engineering and engineering-related
programs (i.e., consistent with math/science requirements), except
industrial engineering students.
Policies and Procedures
Minor will be consistent with all Institute-level policies pertaining
to minors (Policies and Procedures manual D 1.1.)
Program Prerequisites
Engineering Statistics (1016-314) or equivalent Boundary Value Problems
and Matrices (1016-318) or Engineering Math (1016-328) or Matrix
Algebra (1016-331) or equivalent.
