Student Forms Here is a selected list of forms and applications used by the department of mechanical engineering. A few forms on the list can be entirely completed and submitted online. Some forms may be printed out and submitted on paper to the appropriate office or department at RIT. Co-op Forms Register your co-op both in SIS and JobZone when you accept a position, to insure that your employer will receive an evaluation form. After completing your co-op, you need to fill out the on-line student co-op evaluation form. Quarter to Semester Transition Planning Forms The Mechanical Engineering Department has prepared some planning tools for you to use in discussions with yourtheir faculty advisers. These tools are specifically targeted as planning tools or templates for students who plan to complete their BS, MS, or MEng degree in mechanical engineering after August 2013, and who started their studies at RIT prior to July 2013. Please use these tools in discussions with your adviser this academic year. We will use your plans developed from these tools to develop a formal IAP with you during 2011-12 and 2012-13.
