Microsciences and Microsystems Design
Description: This course covers fundamental
and design issues used to construct MicroElectroMechanical
Systems (MEMS) devices. Subjects include: micro fluid science, microscale
heat transfer, mechanical behavior of microstructures, as well as design,
simulations and optimization of micro devices. Course is intended for
engineering students, for Microsystems Engineering and other related
disciplines.
