RIT's nationally recognized colleges of Engineering and Business responded to a challenge from their industrial partners to develop a focused, interdisciplinary program that would meet the needs of working professionals. The result of this collaboration was the manufacturing leadership program: a joint master's degree in manufacturing and service organizations designed to enhance technical, management, and leadership skills.
