Department Head and Associate Professor, College of Engineering
Dr. Mozrall is the Department Head and Associate Professor in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) at RIT. She is also co-director of the Ergonomic Development Laboratory at RIT.
She has performed ergonomic training, job/workplace design, and product usability/ development functions in manufacturing and office environments for 10 years. She has also published more than a dozen articles on ergonomic-related topics and been active in professional societies related to ergonomics and human factors.
She has a keen interest in engineering education and has become active in the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE), serving as a reviewer for ASEE National Meetings. More recently, she has become involved in the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), receiving evaluator training in ABET 2000 criteria in May, 2002.
She received a BS from Rochester Institute of Technology. a MS from North Carolina State University, and a Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo. All three of her degrees are in Industrial Engineering, with her graduate degrees specifically focusing on Ergonomics and Human Factors. She returned to RIT in 1994 as a faculty member in ISE and became Department Head in July, 2000.
