Jodi Carville, Director of the Women Engineering program (WE@RIT) at RIT.

She is responsible for the initiatives to recruit, retain, support and inspire girls and women engineering students to pursue and sustain a career in engineering. Jodi is an alum of RIT with a BS in Industrial Engineering. Her career includes experiences at IBM and Kodak as an engineer and sales and marketing positions with both Kodak and Learning International. During her career sabbatical to raise her two boys, Jodi ran a successful direct sales business for 16 years where she marketed educational products to inspire learning, recruited and trained women to be business owners and served as a speaker and trainer at many conferences and events across the country. Along the way she has been an active volunteer in many school, community and sporting events, with her favorite being an Ice Hockey mom.
