Becoming a Member

How do I join RIT SWE? It's easy, just come to any meeting and start participating! Meetings occur every Wednesday night at 7pm in the Bamboo Room. You can also join our mailing list! If you are interested on what the section is doing please email us at sweeng@rit.edu requesting to be added to the mailing list. Please specify the reason for the interest so that you can be placed on the correct list.

Benefits of Becoming an RIT Member

Active members have the opportunity to attend regional and annual conferences and other networking events, which can lead to professional experience which you can use to obtain jobs and co-ops.

Becoming a National Member

	~Go to www.swe.org
	~Simply register, pay your dues and you're done!
	-Once you've signed up, you will get a membership card and a packet of info mailed to the address of your choice
