What NOT to Wear to a Job Interview
This fun event takes average college students and transforms them into interview-ready future engineers. Fashion experts from local retail stores supply clothing and advise students on color choices, appropriate attire and many other “dressing for interview” tips. This event also serves as the kick-off for our annual Kate’s Closet clothing drive.

SHAPE
Shadow Program in Engineering Initiative, or simply SHAPE, provides a shadowing experience for our women students with professional engineers in their workplace. This experience improves their understanding of what an occupation within engineering is really like, especially for a woman. The program is often an overnight trip and can include workshops, presentations, plan & facility tours and speed mentoring activities.
- Offered throughout the academic year to KGCOE Women -
