Christine Licata is a national expert on post-tenure faculty review, which she has studied since 1983 and has published and presented widely. Her expertise on post-tenure faculty review and renewal includes types of programs, common elements and issues, methods of tracking results, research on the outcomes and effectiveness of post-tenure review in private, pubic and community colleges and universities in the United States.
