Verna Hazen is an expert on financial aid programs and services for students and families. She is knowledgeable about trends in student aid, technology applications in the student aid office, and financing options for families outside of the traditional aid programs awarded on the basis of financial need.

Hazen received her MBA at Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Education from Oregon State University.
