Robert Gerace is an expert in emergency preparedness and terrorism, including identification of potential vulnerable targets in local communities, assessment of the threat of chemical, nuclear and biological agents, identification of known international and domestic terrorist organizations, and study of the history of terrorism and its use as a form of asymmetric warfare.

Gerace instructs a course on counterterrorism; he is a retired captain of the U.S. Naval Reserve Intelligence Program and a graduate of the Naval War College Graduate Program in National Defense and Strategic Decision Making with over 27 years of experience in the collection, production and analysis of intelligence information.
