Warren Sackler is an expert on restaurant management and operations, including cost control and real-estate development, casino management and e-commerce for the hospitality industry.

Professor Sackler’s background includes positions with resort hotels and restaurants, including former partner of The Old Toad on Alexander Street in Rochester; founding owner of Triphammer Grill in Rochester’s High Falls district; and partner of The Goal Post at the Empire Sports Arena in Brighton. He directed specialty restaurant and fine dining at Capital Center in Landover, Md., and was a director of operations for the Albany Econolodge.

He has written two texts on cost control and consults for the hospitality industry. Professor Sackler has been on the RIT faculty since 1984.
