CIMS Building to be named for Louise
|

On
Friday, April 6, RIT will honor Congresswoman Louise Slaughter by officially
naming after her the building that houses the university’s Center
for Integrated Manufacturing Studies (CIMS). The formal naming of the
Louise M. Slaughter Building coincides with the fifth anniversary of
the opening of the facility.

College of Science soon will be in search of a new dean. After seven
years of leadership, Robert Clark has decided to step down as dean
at the end of this academic year. He will focus his attention on developing
First in Class initiatives for COS.
