Heather Emerson Jeremy Joins NTID Admissions Staff

Heather Emerson Jeremy of Perinton has joined the Office of Admissions at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, a college of Rochester Institute of Technology, as a senior admissions counselor.

Jeremy, a native of Rogers, Minn., graduated from RIT in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She previously worked as a processing support specialist and electronic network service specialist at Paychex Corporation and as a pricing team leader at Target Corporation.

Jeremy will work with applicants from the Northeast region of the United States, visiting schools and processing applications for student admissions.

NTID is the first and largest technological college in the world for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. One of eight colleges of RIT, NTID offers educational programs and access and support services to the 1,100 deaf and hard-of-hearing students from around the world who study, live, and socialize with 14,400 undergraduate hearing students on RIT’s Rochester, N.Y., campus.
