Her responsibilities include planning, implementing and administering sales and marketing activities for all graduate and executive programs for the College of Business. She will also participate in the creation, production and distribution of marketing publications.
Ashby looks forward to the opportunity of educating others on the benefits of an MBA and EMBA from the outstanding university she once attended. She graduated with honors from RIT's School of Food, Hotel and Tourism Management in 1986 and completed the two-year MBA program in 1993.
An accomplished industry professional with more than 20 years experience in the field, Ashby most recently worked as an International Consultant and business professor at Genesee Community College. The Fairport resident became a successful entrepreneur in 1990, after opening Five Star “Personalized” Travel, which she sold 10 years later to pursue other personal and professional opportunities.
Ashby serves on the board for the Women's Council of RIT, is a member of the Institute of Supply Management, and Research Fund Raiser for the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester.
