Olympus Visionaries Judy Herrmann and Mike Starke of Herrmann & Starke Digital Photography will be featured speakers at Rochester Institute of Technology. They will discuss tools of the trade as well as the inspirations behind their digital photography.

The husband and wife team have been producing cutting edge still life and people photography since 1994. Their award winning work has appeared in the Graphis Digital Photography Annual, the Pix Digital Annual, the How International Design Annuals and the PDN/Nikon Self Promotion Awards Annual. Considered experts in the field, both have written articles for Photo District News, I and How magazines and are featured speakers at the Photo Plus conferences in New York and Los Angeles.

Herrmann and Starke are members of the Olympus Visionaries Program, a partnership created by Olympus America Inc. that includes some of the most talented professional photographers. The program offers a venue for photographers to realize their creative vision and provide input to Olympus with its product development and testing.
