B. Thomas Golisano, founder and chairman of Paychex Inc. and owner of the National Hockey League’s Buffalo Sabres, will join Rochester Institute of Technology President Bill Destler today for a news conference on the RIT campus. The announcement of a major initiative presents significant impact to the university and offers enhanced prospects for economic development throughout the Rochester region.
