RIT Concert Band and SUNY Geneseo Wind Ensemble Perform at RIT, Feb. 24
The event is free and open to the public
Musicians from Rochester Institute of Technology and the State University of New York at Geneseo will come together later this month for a joint concert on the RIT campus.
The RIT Concert Band, directed by Jonathan Kruger, and the SUNY Geneseo Wind Ensemble, directed by James Walker, will perform works by Ralph Vaughn Williams, Eric Whitacre and Dana Wilson at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, in Ingle Auditorium in the Student Alumni Union at RIT.
RIT’s Kruger is also director of SUNY Geneseo Jazz Ensembles.
The concert is free and open to the public. For more information, call 475-6095.
