RIT Seminar Focuses on Using the Blackberry and other Mobile Technologies

Learn more about using the Blackberry and connecting to the campus network for e-mail and calendaring at the next Information and Technology Services’ Technology Seminar. The program takes place from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at the Bibliographic Lab on the third floor of Rochester Institute of Technology's Wallace Library.

Presenters Dan Rosica, manager of college support, and Sid Pendelberry, systems administrator/engineer, will demonstrate new features of the latest in mobile technologies.

This seminar is free and open to students, faculty and staff. The seminars are a series of professional programs sponsored by Information and Technology Services to keep the campus up-to-date about technology issues, solutions, practices and emerging technologies. This year’s sessions focus on updated features and best practices about current technologies available at RIT. To register for the seminar, e-mail macits@rit.edu.
